FEE STRUCTURE
In all cases, fees are to be paid in advance. Bills are issued three times in a year. The first bill will be sent in the month of March: the second in the month of June/July and a third a supplementary bill in the month of November.
- Registration fees and Admission fees are non-refundable.
- Fees are charged from the 1st March, whether pupils join on that date or not.
- Boarding fees are charged from March 1st to November 30th i.e. for nine months while tuition fees are charged for twelve months, March to February.
- No pupil will be allowed to return to the school after the vacation unless all Accounts are cleared.
- No reduction is made for broken periods.
- An advance fee is to be submitted as per admission/ reopening notice to confirm the Admission. A sum of Rs. 10,000 as Security Deposit is included in the advance fee. Three months Boarding fee and three months Tuition fee of this will be forfeited in case the student fail to arrive, otherwise, this will be refundable on final settlement of accounts.
- Caution money will be charged from every boarder and day scholar.
- Interest at the rate of 15% is chargeable on all arrears.

2. Laundry, Medical, Sport Gear, Textbook shall be charged extra. (As per bill)
3. Security Refund Policy : Security deposit is refundable without any interest, on demand, once the student finally leaves the school. Any arrears in the account of the student will be adjusted from the security deposit.

Rules :
- Old students fee to be deposited by 15th January of every year failing which students will not be allowed to enter in boarding house and school.
- Registration Process is online kindly click the link provided on the home page
- New admission fee to be deposited by 25th November of every year.
- Fee is charged for full school session.
- Above mentioned Annual Fee excludes the uniform and books charges.
- In case of withdrawal after admission, 3 months of hostel fees and school tuition fees will be charged.
- Students not returning to school must inform the authorities by 15th January of every year else three months boarding fee and three months tuition fees will be charged.
- Pocket money Rs. 7,000/- for classes I to IV, Rs. 10,000/- V to VIII, and Rs. 12,000/- to IX – XII be deposited in cash in the office only on school re-opening day.
- In case of fees deposited through online transfer, one must mention their ward’s name, class and guardians name clearly or send any supporting documents for identification, else the amount transferred will remain unaccounted. Payments may be made by drafts or online transfer can be done. Mail the transfer details at cjmwaverleymussoorie@gmail.com
- Security fees are refundable ONLY when the Original Receipt is presented in the office when a pupil leaves School. A written application from the parent/guardian for the same must be handed in within three months of a pupil leaving School, failing which the security deposit will NOT be refunded.
- Student will not be allowed to sit for examinations if fees have not been deposited up to date.
- School session is from February till November for classes IX – XII.
- School session is from March till November for classes I – VIII.
- There may be a minimal annual increase of 10-15% in school fees.
