3. Penalties for Non-Payment of Fees

    • Students failing to pay tuition or admission fees by the due date will incur a penalty of Rs. 5,000 per month.
  2. Identity Card Reissuance Fee:
    • A fee of Rs. 500 will be charged for reissuing a hostel identity card in case of loss.
  3. Non-Cancellation of Fines:
    • Once a fine is levied, it cannot be waived or canceled under any circumstances.
  4. No Concessions or Installments:
    • The institution does not offer any fee concessions or installment options.

4. Additional Guidelines

  1. Admission Cancellation:
    • Failure to pay the first-year fees and dues by the last date mentioned in the admission offer letter will result in the cancellation of admission. The seat will be offered to the next candidate on the merit list.
  2. Decision Authority:
    • Any changes to the fee structure or related policies are subject to the decision of the Director of Finance.
  3. Continuous Timeline:
    • The payment timelines include weekends and holidays, ensuring a seamless and consistent approach.
