Fee Structure & Associated Charges for Academic Year 2024-25
The tuition fees for the academic year 2024,25 are payable in full before the commencement of each semester. It’s important to note that the fees are reviewed and subject to change each year. The current fee structure per credit hour for various programs is as follows:
- BBA/BS Programs: Rs. 10000 per credit hour
- MBA/MS Programs: Rs. 10000 per credit hour
- PhD Programs: Rs. 10000 per credit hour
Student Activities Fund
To enhance students’ experiences beyond the classroom, a Student Activities Fund has been established. Starting from the Fall 2024 semester, each student is required to contribute Rs. 2,500 per semester. This fund supports co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Miscellaneous Fees Fall 2024
In addition to tuition, the following miscellaneous fees are applicable for various administrative and academic services:
- Additional Transcript Fee: Rs. 300
- Campus Transfer Fee: Rs. 5000
- Temporary Campus Transfer Fee: Rs. 2000
- Degree Correction Fee: Rs. 2000
- Semester Freeze Fee (within two weeks of class start): Rs. 2000
- Late Registration, Freeze, or Course Withdrawal Fee (after the second week): Rs. 5,000
- Retake Sessional Exam Fee (per course): Rs. 2000
- Retake Final Exam Fee (per course or lab): Rs. 2000
- Paper Rechecking Fee (per course or lab): Rs. 500
- Issuance of Certificate/Letter Fee: Rs. 300
- Applicant Admission Fee: Rs. 3000
These fees are non-refundable.
Late Payment Fine
If students fail to pay their tuition and fees by the designated due date, a late payment fine will be imposed. This fine is charged at a rate of Re. 1.00 per day for every Rs. 1,000 of outstanding fees, including both current and previous balances. Should the fee remain unpaid for two months after the due date, the student’s registration will be suspended.
